Class Action against Australia's bank fees

Finally some justice is coming. Australia's largest banks are coming under attack for their excessive fees. Here is some websites describing the $6 billion in fees the banks have extorted from customers. The bank fees relate to transaction fees and penalties which cost the banks less than $1. I have been complaining about this for years, to no effect. The government - ASIC in Australia and Commerce Commission in NZ, they did NOTHING!!! I want to sue their butts as well. What about brokers? They will likely come under similar attack.
